Common questions
One API call = one request forwarded to an upstream connector. Auto-pagination counts each page fetch separately. Devloom's own SDK overhead (token refresh, retry attempts) does not count toward your quota.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're prorated for the remaining month. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No contracts, no lock-in.
For teams needing volume above 5M calls/month, custom connector development, dedicated infrastructure, or MSA agreements, contact us. We work with engineering teams directly — you'll speak with an engineer, not a sales team, and we don't do 90-day procurement cycles. We're not built for that and we won't pretend otherwise.
Requests beyond 10,000/month on the Starter tier will return a quota error with a clear error code (
DLX_QUOTA_EXCEEDED). We send an email alert at 80% usage so you're never surprised. Upgrading restores access immediately.
We bill monthly via credit card (Stripe). Annual plans are billed upfront at the discounted rate. All prices are in USD. Invoices are emailed automatically and available in your dashboard.
