We don't have an enterprise tier, a custom quote process, or a minimum seat commitment. Not for teams looking for a managed observability bundle — we are a single-purpose RCA and remediation tool. If the plans below don't fit, email [email protected] directly.
A service is any distinct application or process that emits telemetry to Devloom. If you have payments-api, checkout-service, and redis-cache each sending metrics or traces, that's 3 services. Sidecars, load balancers, and infrastructure nodes don't count unless you explicitly connect them as named services.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you're prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next cycle. If you downgrade below your current service count, you'll need to disconnect services first.
We'll email you when you reach 80% of your limit. When you hit the limit, new services won't be connected until you upgrade or disconnect an existing one. Existing connected services continue working — we never drop data mid-incident.
No contract. Month-to-month, cancel any time. Annual plans are pre-paid for the year and non-refundable, but you're not locked in after the year ends. We don't do auto-renewal without a reminder email 30 days before.
